Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

3. Conditions for Returns

 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• In its original condition, without signs of use.

• In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

• Returned within the 14-day period.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt.
